Enough meat for a typical family of 4 for a year. How much? You will end up with approximately 200# beef, cut to your family's specifications. That is roughly 15-20# per month. You will have tasty, nutritious, and filling beef several times per week on your family table. The convenience of grabbing a package from the freezer can't be underestimated.
